Password Security Management System
Your unified password is used by multiple online services at Los Rios. (eServices, Student Email, Instructional Lab Computers, Canvas, Staff Workstations, Employee Self Service (ESS), Exchange Online, and PeopleSoft HR/CS/FS). You will need your student ID/employee ID number. To look up your ID go to https://losrios.edu/admissions/technology-resources/technology-support/student-id-lookup and follow the prompts.

You can reset your password via Okta by clicking “Forgot password” on the “Verifying with your password” page. To use this option you must have provided a secondary email address, when setting up Okta, AND confirmed this email. If you select this option and have not received an email then you have either not set up Okta or not provided a secondary email address AND confirmed this address. Use the Expired/Forgotten password link below. Create your new password – you are a new student and need to create your Los Rios password. |

Initial Password Security Setup – you are new to Los Rios and need to set up your security questions and password OR you never set up your password security questions and need to do so for the first time . Expired/Forgotten password – your password has expired OR you forgot your password. Change my password – you had your password reset and have been assigned a temporary password OR you know your password but wish to change it to something else. Change my password security questions – you want to change your security questions (you must know your password). |
