I’m having issues submitting my Refund Application

Browser compatibility, version, and configuration, as well as browser pop-up blocking can all pose problems with the Refund Application process. Try turning off your pop-up blocker or try using an alternate browser to submit the Refund Application. Note: Your screens could look slightly different depending on your machine and/or browser versions.
