Why can’t I pay my fees?

The number one reason payments are declined is because the mailing address you entered on the payment screen does not match what your bank has for you.  In some cases, the payment is declined for insufficient funds.  Call your bank to verify that the address you are using is the same address you entered on the payment screen and that there are sufficient funds in the account.

Payment calculation errors is another common cause for payment issues.  If you receive these types of errors, submit a trouble ticket and our analysts will correct your records.

Browser compatibility, version, and configuration can all pose problems with the payment process as well as browser pop-up blocking. Try turning off your pop-up blocker or try using an alternate browser to submit payment. Note: Your screens could look slightly different depending on your machine and/or browser versions.
