How do I pay my library fines?

You cannot pay your library fines through eServices.  You may view any fines or fees at  My Library Account. The process to pay library fines varies by college.  If you have questions please contact your library.

American River College (916) 484-8455 – The library can accept cash or check but cannot accept ATM/credit cards. You can pay library fines in person at the Circulation desk, or you can mail a check. To pay fines by credit card, first visit the Circulation desk where they will provide you a form to take to the Business Office. The Business Office will give you a receipt to take back to the library and they will clear your account.

Cosumnes River College  (916) 691-7266 – The library cannot accept fine payments directly. Contact the library for a statement of charges, and take the statement to the Business Office in Admissions & Records to make your payment. Return the proof of payment to the library to have your account cleared. 

Folsom Lake College (916) 608-6613 – The library accepts cash, checks and debit/credit cards. Pick up a payment form from the library circulation staff and take it to the College Business Office*. The Business Office will process your payment and give you a receipt to take back to the library. Show the receipt to the library staff to have the charge removed from your library record.

*The College Business Office may have limited hours on certain days of the week.

Sacramento City College (916) 558-2301 – The library accepts cash and checks but cannot accept ATM/credit cards. You can pay your fines in person at the Library Circulation Desk (Learning Resource Center, 2nd Floor), or you can mail a check. To pay fines by credit card, first visit the Library Circulation Desk to get a statement of charges. You can then pay by credit card at the SCC Business Services Office in Rodda Hall North. Return the proof of payment to the Library Circulation Desk to have your account cleared.
