How do I place a conference call?
There two options for this.
On your phone you can place the first call, press the Conference button, dial the next number, then click Add and continue to add participants.
OR
You can create a Skype Meeting in Outlook. Go to your Outlook Calendar. If you do not see New Skype Meeting (see image below) you will need to add it in.
Click File and then Options.
Click Add-ins.
Select COM Add-ins and click Go.
Scroll down and check Skype Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office and click OK.
Enter in email address of those you wish to invite to the conference call, select the start and end date and time, you can enter a subject or other information in the body of the message and click Send.
