We aim to provide efficient and professional support to our user community – students, staff and faculty. I.T. Help Desk is the central point of contact where most I.T. problems can be reported and questions can be answered. We will attempt to help you resolve your issue within these pages. If you are unable to resolve the issue on your own, we provide support requests, and will attempt to resolve the issue on the first report. If I.T. Help Desk cannot resolve the issue, we will escalate to second level support, third level support, or direct the issue to the appropriate person or department. While we do not provide 24/7 support, we pride ourselves on resolving issues expeditiously.
