Where can I find drop deadlines and fee refund information?
There are several important drop dates and these dates vary depending on whether you are taking full term or fast-track classes. Go to Academic Calendar and Deadlines and click on the semester.
If you’ve dropped a class(es) and are entitled to a refund. Go to Online Refund Request Application and follow the instructions. You must request your refund before the last day of the semester. Refunds do not roll to the next semester.
If you are unable to find a resolution to your issue or have further questions please go to Service Central and click “Report an Issue”.
