D2L – Student

Below is a list of the most frequently reported D2L issues and resolutions.  NOTE: Browser issues are our number one D2L issue.  Browsers update constantly while we update D2L 2-3 times a year. Both faculty and students should always be prepared to use an alternate browser.

Why can’t I log into D2L?
I’m having problems logging in using Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari.
I can log into D2L but I can’t find the online orientation.
Why aren’t my classes showing up in D2L?
My name is incorrectly displayed in D2L.
My quiz froze.  What do I do?
I’m unable to upload my file to the dropbox.
Why am I getting “Error: Not Authorized” when Trying to send email in D2L?
I’m receiving notifications from a class that has ended.  How do I make it stop?
Respondus LockDown Browser (LDB) is not working.  What do I do now?
