I cannot log into Employee Self Service (ESS) to access my W2.
Employees have access to ESS for 30 days and faculty have access to ESS for 90 days after their employments ends. This allows them to view their final pay stub online. Former employees cannot access their W2’s online. Your W2 form will be mailed to you. If you have further questions about this please contact Payroll, 916-286-3624.
Is your password expired? Employee passwords expire 365 days from the day they are set/reset. If your password is expired go to https://losrios.edu/admissions/get-started-and-apply/password-management/create-password and follow the prompts to reset it.
