Why can’t I print from PeopleSoft?
If you are using Internet Explorer version 11, this could be due to a security patch. Click File, Print Preview and Print. If you are printing transcripts you may need to click within the transcript and then click File, Print Preview and Print.
In all situations you can always try using an alternate browser.
If you are unable to find a resolution to your issue please submit a PeopleSoft Support Request.
